We are looking for our future medium/long-term position: Participate in the implementation of a medium/long-term tool to detect the load/capacity of various production units and be responsible for its updating (weekly/monthly). Present summarized reports to the management committee, be a force for proposals to enable decision-making and trigger concrete actions (load leveling, volume distribution in outsourcing, etc.). Coordinate various actions with internal and external stakeholders. Scheduling: Schedule production for different units (daily). Present and validate the production plan for the next two weeks every week with key stakeholders, ensuring the reliability of the production plan by identifying missing components and adjusting the production plan according to various contingencies. Communicate proactively about the different impacts of contingencies and be a force for proposals for clients: Define delivery times to communicate to the client for each new order received, update delivery schedules for clients, and ensure continuous reliability: Implement and monitor associated KPIs and improve the tools to propose improvements for costs and delivery times in line with overall problem-solving approaches. Profile: Technical skills: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar position, mastery of ERP tools (ideally Logyplan). Mastery of the Office suite. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in supply chain or equivalent. Skills: Rigor and reliability. Stress and task management. Analytical capabilities and a proactive mindset. Autonomy and proactivity. Respect for others, team spirit, strong communication skills. We offer you: Work time: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day) + breaks (19 minutes per day).
