Your role on a daily basis: You will be responsible for the following tasks: Ensuring care is delivered by our team and overseeing daily rounds with our clients while respecting legal norms (LTr and CCT SAN - Labor Law and Collective Agreement in the Parapublic Health Sector of Vaud) and institutional rules. Optimizing the field movements by considering various constraints (journeys, care time, breaks, habits, regularity, etc.). In conjunction with the Head of Care, you will manage available resources and handle absences. Contributing to the smooth operation and image of La Source à domicile. You will ensure follow-ups while respecting time constraints and the specifics of the care provided. Ensure communication with the involved parties: caregivers, beneficiaries, office staff, and management.Your profile: You have a federal certificate of capacity (CFC) in healthcare, commercial, management, or services, ideally complemented by experience in interventions in the medical or health field. Good knowledge of the Lausanne area and the Canton of Vaud, and residing near Lausanne. You are recognized for your excellent dynamism, logical thinking, and good stress management. You quickly adapt to changing priorities, possessing analytical and problem-solving skills. You master the usual Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of the MEDLINK software is an advantage, as is your ease with client interactions.
