For a prestigious Geneva-based manufacturer, we are looking for a candidate for a long-term temporary position.MISSION DESCRIPTIONThe main mission will be to ensure the establishment of production master schedules and their monitoring, while taking into account the evolution of customer needs and the introduction of new products/processes. Particular attention will be given to the economic management of resources (stocks/capacities) and to the integrity of technical data (macro/detailed).- Anticipate capacity needs as accurately as possible- Provide stable and achievable production plans to the production team- Respect stock coverage objectives- Participate in scheduling- Optimize response to customers- Limit capacity threshold effects- Adapt EPF/HEG data as accurately as possible- Degree in Logistics or Production or equivalent- Experience in Switzerland in production planning, ideally in the watchmaking sector- Proficiency in an ERP system and standard office tools, particularly Excel- Excellent listening skills and ability to propose solutions- Ease of communication and strong synthesis skills jid5d1c725aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
