Referent for Public Service QualityThe City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a:Placement ReferentYour mission / You are responsible for the management, supervision, and support of individuals placed within the Public Spaces Service. In regular contact with various internal and external services, you handle placement requests, organize internships, welcome, supervise, follow up, and support individuals placed on a daily basis, ensuring communication between them and the foremen and team leaders. Working time will be shared between the responsibilities of the referent and certain tasks (driving different types of machinery, maintaining public areas, waste collection, snow removal service during the winter season involving being on call, etc.).Your profile / Personal skills / You possess excellent skills and have a strong interest in complex social and personal issues. You have experience in adult placement, social support, and coaching. You are proficient in using common office software. You are flexible, open-minded, respectful, versatile, and comfortable with vehicles as well as work machinery. Knowledge of one or more foreign languages and a machinery operator's license will be advantageous.
