What you accomplish

• Organisation of the assigned station
• Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
• Preparation and service of meals and desserts at midday and in the evening
• Orders, delivery checks, inventories, cleaning tasks and control and safety at work within the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Support to the Chef in menu and offer planning as well as in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Replacement of the Chef in their absence
• Assistance with orders, receipt and storage of goods

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: Completed training as a cook
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position and in a management role in gastronomy
• You are well acquainted with traditional Italian recipes
• You are service-oriented and have good communication skills
• You are customer-oriented and have a neat appearance
• You have good comprehension, a strong team spirit and are used to working independently
• French (B1)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
