As part of the development of its activity, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Pizzaiolo, wishing to join a dynamic brigade within a professional and stimulating environment.Job descriptionAs a true pizza specialist, you will be responsible for guaranteeing quality production, respecting the high standards of a luxury establishment. You will actively contribute to the culinary identity of the restaurant by putting your technical know-how and your expertise at the service of the guests. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will ensure the preparation and cooking of pizzas in compliance with recipes, technical sheets, and the establishment's quality requirements. You will work split shifts with presence required evenings and weekends. You master the entire production process from dough preparation to baking, ensuring perfect consistency in each pizza. You participate in daily mise en place, preparation of toppings, product control, and cleaning of your workstation. Attentive to details, you guarantee neat presentation and an experience that meets the expectations of a demanding clientele. You rigorously apply current hygiene and food safety standards and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. You collaborate closely with other members of the brigade to ensure smooth service and excellent coordination between the different stations.Profile soughtYou hold a diploma in cooking or justify confirmed experience as a Pizzaiolo within demanding establishments. You master the various techniques related to the production of artisanal pizzas, including dough fermentation, management of leavening, working with fresh ingredients, and mastery of cooking.
