What if your next practice made you want to come to work on Monday morning?
At PhysiOptima, we have a simple belief: to care well for others, you must first feel good yourself. That’s why we created a practice where we ourselves would like to be patients — and above all, where we enjoy working.
We are a growing physiotherapy practice with two locations in Morat/Murten and Kerzers, by Lake Morat, in a bilingual French-German region. Our team brings together physiotherapists with complementary expertise: musculoskeletal, sports, pelvic floor, pregnancy, paediatrics, jaw, MTT. Each person develops their speciality — and that’s exactly what we offer you.
What makes PhysiOptima different
→ An integrated Biohacking Lab in the practice: ice bath, cryotherapy, Finnish sauna — recovery tools you use in your treatments… and for yourself
→ A modern MTT area for active rehabilitation
→ Digital tools that simplify your life: online diary, patient tracking, exercises via Physitrack — zero unnecessary paperwork
→ A young, close-knit and caring team, where humour has as much place as professionalism
→ Internal continuing education from your first day (pelvic floor rehabilitation, MTT, specialised approaches)
→ The freedom to develop your own speciality and build your patient base
Your mission
→ Manage a varied patient base (musculoskeletal, sports, post-operative, chronic pain)
→ Work in active physiotherapy with our MTT area
→ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that passes patients on according to specialities
→ Participate in the life and development of the practice
Your profile
→ Swiss physiotherapist diploma or Swiss Red Cross recognition (complete or in final stages — we are happy to support you in the last steps)
→ Fluent French or German — the second language is a plus, not a requirement
→ Desire to learn, share and be part of a growing project
→ Beginners welcome: we believe in potential more than CVs
What we offer you
→ Attractive salary according to experience + contribution to continuing education
→ Free access to the Biohacking Lab (sauna, ice bath, cryotherapy, MTT) for your own recovery
→ Hours respectful of your private life
→ A beautiful working environment by Lake Morat, 20 minutes from Fribourg and Bern
→ An accessible and humane management, who built this practice with their own hands and listens to the team
Interested?
Send us your CV and a few lines about yourself — no formal cover letter needed, just tell us what excites you about this profession. We will reply quickly and gladly invite you to visit the practice (the ice bath is optional ?).
