For many years, the Department of Women, Children, and Adolescents has continuously developed cutting-edge competencies and centers of expertise in several medical specialties. Physiotherapist in the Department of Women, Children, and Adolescents - 60%We are looking for a physiotherapist for a multidisciplinary team working with young children from birth to 16 years old within the Children’s Hospital and in close collaboration with various health professionals. You will be responsible for:- Conducting physiotherapy assessments and establishing individualized therapeutic goals tailored to each child's specific needs, defining a treatment plan in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and families;- Ensuring the care of hospitalized patients in the different units of the Children’s Hospital;- Intervening with children with motor disabilities enrolled at the Specialized Pedagogy School of Roseraie 1 and 2 (ECPS R1 and R2).You will also participate in on-call duties on weekends and public holidays, according to a predefined schedule. You hold a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy from HES-SO or possess a recognized equivalent. For non-French speakers, a level of C1 in both spoken and written French is required. Confirmed experience with young children is essential. A specialization in neuro-developmental therapy and/or rehabilitation therapy would also be highly appreciated. You should be able to work independently while fostering a true team spirit. Comfortable in an interprofessional environment, you collaborate effectively thanks to excellent communication skills and a constant willingness to evolve in your practice. You demonstrate a real aptitude for working within multidisciplinary teams and stand out for your developed team spirit as well as your excellent organizational skills and strong sense of responsibility.
