Key Responsibilities: Assess the needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the medical team. Provide physiotherapy sessions tailored to the goals of each patient and monitor their progress. Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize care, participate in team discussions, and propose ideas to improve patient experiences and outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor of Science HES-SO in physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification validated by the Swiss Red Cross. Previous experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a hospital environment or related settings. Ability to work in a team and proactive disposition for continuous improvement.
