MAIN TASKS

• Ensure the day-to-day management of the central pharmacy as well as the supply and storage of medicines within the Bois-Cerf and Cecil Clinics
• Prepare, check and validate external orders with suppliers
• Prepare and deliver internal orders addressed to the pharmacy by the Clinic services and accredited doctors
• Optimise the management of medicine stock
• Carry out various administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• Federal Certificate of Competence as a pharmacy assistant
• Certificate as a hospital pharmacy assistant is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a pharmacy
• Hospital experience is an advantage
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel), SAP is a plus
• Meticulous, organised and very autonomous, you are able to take initiatives wisely
• Recognised as an open personality, you have a service-oriented mindset
