Your responsibilities
You ensure the management of the hospital pharmacy within the clinic, guaranteeing the safety, quality and efficiency of the medication circuit. You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, assume your role as the responsible person with the competent authorities and actively contribute to audit, quality and medication-related incident management processes. You play a central role in market analysis, evaluation of therapeutic alternatives, including generics and biosimilars, and contribute to purchasing decisions within a structured framework. You collaborate with doctors, care teams and support functions to evolve practices, secure processes and support changes, notably in the deployment of cross-functional projects such as the optimisation of secure cabinets.
