Your missionPersonnel Consultants (80% to 100% auxiliary, several positions)Your missionThe Department of Economy, Employment and Energy (DEE) is looking for a dynamic individual to join the Cantonal Employment Office (OCE), a Geneva-based center specializing in placement and the fight against unemployment. Within the OCE, the Regional Employment Office (ORP) has more than 130 personnel consultants. Under the supervision of their group leader, the incumbent will be called upon to support and mobilize job seekers in their efforts to reintegrate quickly into the labor market while applying the Federal Act on Unemployment Insurance as well as the cantonal law on unemployment.Profile- High school diploma (or equivalent) and Federal Diploma of Human Resources Specialist (individuals not possessing the Federal Diploma of Human Resources Specialist will be hired at class 15)- 5 years of confirmed experience in one or more of these sectors: placement, coaching, management- Excellent level of French, oral and written; other languages are an asset- Knowledge of new recruitment methods: sourcing, social networks, job boards, big data- Mastery of MS Office, OutlookYOU are- Capable of managing a portfolio of job seekers and ensuring its proper management- Endowed with an excellent sense of service towards our clients and our internal and external partners- Solution-oriented, you know how to demonstrate listening skills, rigor, and the ability to apply and enforce the various legal frameworks required by the position- Adapted to complex environments in constant evolutionWE offer- Mastery of the labor market and the socio-economic fabric of the Lake Geneva basin- A strong spirit of synthesis, very good analytical and reporting skills, excellent organization and priority management- An excellent commitment to public service- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentialityYour benefits- The DEE ensures the creation of conditions that allow everyone to work in an environment of respect and tolerance, free from any discrimination.
