Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services notably in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen the transversal accounting operations team at Trianon, currently based in Nyon (VD) and scheduled to move to the Paudex site in 2027, we are looking for a Securities Accounting Manager (m/f).
Responsibilities
- Autonomous management of securities accounting from A to Z (entry, control, valuation, closing)
- Monitoring and control of market operations (purchases/sales, income, corporate actions)
- Regular reconciliations with custodians and e-banking platforms
- Participation in monthly and annual closings
- Contribution to the preparation of financial statements and audits
- Data quality control (market prices, securities classification, fees, etc.)
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and tools
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC, ideally in the banking sector; higher education is an asset
- Experience in securities accounting or in a financial environment
- Interest in financial markets and financial instruments
- Knowledge of software such as ePOCA (an advantage)
- Good command of French, basic knowledge of German is a plus
- Good skills in Excel and office tools (Teams, e-banking)
- Rigour, reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Good organisation and management of multiple activities in parallel
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and customer orientation
