What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating:

  • You lead and support the employees of the Occupational Pensions team (13 employees)
  • You participate in operational management (professional handling and customer-oriented processing of benefit files)
  • You ensure the quality of work through good organisation
  • You support the Manager in their activities and are involved in company projects related to your service
  • You participate in projects and initiate improvements in the team’s work processes (specifications, tests)


What you bring to HOTELA:

  • You hold a Federal Certificate in social insurances or have equivalent experience, complemented by management training
  • You have experience managing a team of administrators and possess very good practical skills in managing second pillar benefits
  • As a native French speaker, you have excellent knowledge of German or vice versa
  • You are flexible, available and have a well-developed sense of interpersonal relations
  • Thanks to your leadership, you know how to manage and motivate your team. Your organisational skills and analytical ability ensure the quality of your team’s work.
  • Good command of the Microsoft 365 environment, including collaborative work via Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and advanced use of Excel (mandatory)
