  • Client-oriented and personalised advice on individual and collective pension solutions with clients you meet at their homes, at the agency or by telephone
  • Advice in the mortgage sector as well as in investments
  • Customer retention and development of your own client portfolio
  • Acquisition of new clients to ensure growth of your region’s portfolio
  • Placement of other AXA products (non-life, health)
  • Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools

What you bring

  • With a professional diploma, you have initial experience in the service sector (advice and sales), experience in the personal insurance sector is welcome
  • Your knowledge of the service, insurance or banking sector as well as your undeniable affinity for financial and pension products are necessary
  • Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in contact with others, you seek solutions for your clients and can adapt to any situation
  • You master French both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage
  • Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented
  • Your home must be located in the relevant activity area, you have a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in the region
  • You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
