As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out the nursing rounds in the Canton of Geneva, equipped with a company car,
• Providing technical care autonomously,
• Offering personalised care tailored to the child’s needs;
• Ensuring the traceability of care and essential information for the care process;
• Participating in the assessment of the child’s needs to establish a precise care plan;
• Contributing to the coordination of care with the multidisciplinary team;

What we offer you:

• A reference structure specialised in home care that places particular importance on personalised care and close relationships,
• Nursing rounds within a limited geographical area, by bike, car or on foot,
• Daytime hours, continuous shifts, mornings, evenings or split shifts.

Your profile:

• You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross recognition;
• You have at least 2 years’ experience as a nurse,
• You have successful initial experience in paediatric or paediatric home hospitalisation services;
• You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network,
• You are flexible, autonomous and able to manage your emotions,
• You have a vehicle and are comfortable cycling (a plus),
• Are you open to temporary assignments?
