WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Enter customer orders received by phone or email
- Manage customer orders and associated administrative documents
- Coordinate communications between sales teams and customers
- Ensure order and delivery follow-up, handle complaints and resolve issues
- Inform and advise customers on products and services
- Update customer databases, manage monthly actions and item lists
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and assist with various administrative tasks
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Federal VET Diploma as an office or commercial employee or equivalent training
- Proven experience in a similar position or in customer service
- Bilingual French / Swiss German required
- Good stress management and strong customer relationship skills
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with rigour and precision
