Each year, more than one million visitors frequent our establishments, which are among the most dynamic in Switzerland.As part of a temporary reinforcement of our team, we are looking for a Payroll-oriented HR Manager for a fixed-term contract of 6 months with an activity rate of 50%. This position is based in Lausanne with occasional travel to Geneva.Attached to the Human Resources team, you will mainly ensure the payroll management of two establishments and contribute to the proper functioning of HR activities. In this capacity, you will notably be required to:- Manage the employee life cycle.- Carry out the monthly salary process: entry and control of variables, calculation, and closing of the payroll.- Declare and ensure the follow-up of sickness, accident, and other absence files, as well as daily allowances.- Perform annual declarations to social insurance.- Participate in the creation of HR dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, social charges, etc.).- Respond to requests from employees and managers on current human resources issues.- Provide support to the HR team.Profile:- Confirmed experience in payroll management (required).- Holder of an HR Manager certificate or equivalent.- Knowledge of Mirus software and the hotel sector: a real asset.- Excellent command of French, both oral and written.- Autonomous, rigorous, organized person with a good team spirit.- Sense of confidentiality, proactivity, and flexibility.We offer:- A varied mission within a Swiss group.- A dynamic work environment and diversified activity in a growing sector.- Immediate start or to be agreed upon.Interested?We look forward to receiving your complete application file (CV, cover letter, work certificates, and diplomas).
