To support our payroll department, we are looking for a:Salary Expert (80% fixed-term contract until October 31) - Management CenterAs a salary expert, you play a key role in the management, reliability, and development of activities related to payroll and social insurance for approximately 700 professionals. You ensure the entire payroll process, from data collection to salary payment, guaranteeing legal compliance and processing quality. You manage salary variables as well as files related to social insurance.Through the production of analyses and reports, you contribute to financial management. In a logic of continuous improvement, you participate in the optimization of the service's operation by implementing and improving procedures. As a resource person, you advise and support line managers as well as professionals on salary and social issues, facilitating understanding.BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLSYou hold a diploma in human resources management, and a Federal Diploma as a human resources or social insurance specialist would be an asset.You have confirmed experience in payroll and social insurance management in Switzerland, with in-depth knowledge of legislation in the field of social insurance (AVS, AI, unemployment, etc.).Comfortable with standard tools, you master Excel and have already worked with an ERP; knowledge of the OPALE software would be an asset.Your perfect command of the French language allows you to communicate with precision and clarity.Recognized for your methodical, analytical, and synthetic mind, you demonstrate a great sense of organization and rigor.
