On behalf of one of my clients, based in the heights of Lausanne, I am looking for a Payroll Specialist.- Federal VET Diploma in commerce or equivalent- Federal Diploma in social insurance- Excellent knowledge of OPALE, knowledge of Swiss labor law and insurance- Mastery of payroll processes- 5 years of experience in the field of payroll management and social insurance- Excellent mastery of accounting tools- Experience with the functioning of public finances and/or medico-social institutions- Ease with numbers and analytical skills- Good knowledge of the functioning of multi-site environments- Collaborate on the establishment of provisional and final payrolls with the HR specialist- Management of the payroll and personnel cycle- Establish monthly salaries for all staff and manage social deductions, withholding taxes, and all salary variables, and ensure the updating of personal data and liaison with social organizations and authorities- Establish and transmit declarations to social insurance- Be the contact person for insurance funds, loss of earnings, accident, and unemployment insurance- Steering of projects and continuous improvement- Support, advice, and internal training- Management of budgets, forecasts, and annuities jid63346d2aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
