In the role of Payroll Specialist, you play a crucial role in the success of our department. In direct and daily contact with our clients, you take on a central role and competently advise them on all issues related to payroll management. With a precise, efficient, and service-oriented working style, you ensure the smooth operation of our payroll services. YOU WILL TAKE CHARGE of the entire payroll processing for our clients, including the entry and processing of all data impacting payroll, as well as the closures. You are the point of reference for questions regarding payroll and insurance, and the handling of tasks related to social insurance (AHV, family allowances, APG, etc.) is also part of your responsibilities. You are in contact with authorities and insurance companies, establishing various reports and lists. Various tasks related to payroll complete your activities. WHAT YOU BRING You have a commercial basic education, complemented by continuous training in the payroll field (e.g. payroll specialist). You have at least two years of experience in payroll management, have a perfect command of MS Office, and are comfortable with systems. You possess a very good command of French, both spoken and written. Any other language is an asset. You have a genuine interest in payroll and social insurance, as well as an affinity for structured, precise, and service-oriented work. You are a reliable and proactive person, capable of maintaining a good overview even in complex situations.
