Our client is a mid-sized organisation, within the medical and healthcare sector.
Description
Independently manage the full payroll cycle for around 300 employees
Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Manage life cycle and HR administration
Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR and payroll reports
Ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools
Utilizeandoptimize HR systems and tools, including:
Excel (advanced level)
SharePoint
AI-enabled tools and digital solutions
Proactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Profile
Proven experience as a Payroll Expert / Payroll Specialist
Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Swiss payroll
High level of independence and accountability
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Flexible, adaptable, and solution-driven approach
