For our company based in Nyon, we are looking for a committed personality for an immediate start or to be agreed upon as: Payroll Specialist, Your responsibilities: You ensure a complete, punctual, and end-to-end payroll for our sites in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. You input entries and data into the X system for reports as well as for quarterly and annual closures. You expertly manage everything related to LPP, APG, AVS, LAA, withholding tax, you are responsible for year-end tasks such as salary reviews, social insurance, and you advise the HR team competently on salary and social insurance-related questions. You actively contribute to the new X system – particularly in processes and projects. Your profile: Completed and ongoing training in the HR/Payroll field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel and payroll. Excellent Excel skills, experience with Abacus highly appreciated. Proficiency in French and German, spoken and written.
