## Job Description ##

* Lead the end-to-end review of payroll processes across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC.
* Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks in current workflows.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to gather insights and ensure alignment.
* Design and implement a **standardized, future-proof payroll process** tailored to regional requirements.
* Develop clear documentation, process maps, and training materials.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
* Provide guidance and support during payroll cycles as needed during the transition period.
* Report progress and key findings to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations, ideally across EMEA and APAC.
* Strong understanding of international payroll compliance, tax, and labor regulations.
* Experience with payroll systems and third-party providers (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday).
* Excellent project management and process improvement skills.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
