For one of our clients, a Fiduciary / Family Office based in Geneva, we are looking for a Payroll and Social Insurance Specialist. Your main tasks:- Full management of the payroll process for a portfolio of clients: processing monthly salaries, preparing statements and payslips, in accordance with Swiss regulations and the specific contractual details of each client.- Monthly and annual billing to social security, withholding tax, and salary adjustments.- Preparation of various HR documents, according to the needs of clients.- Advisory and support for clients in their legal obligations regarding social insurance.Your profile:- Federal diploma as a Social Insurance Specialist or CAS in Salaries and Corporate Insurance, confirmed experience in managing Swiss payroll in a fiduciary or specialized firm, with exposure to multiple collective agreements, different company profiles, and complex cases.- Proficient with tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of WinEUR Payroll software; a valid work permit in Switzerland.Your skills:- Strong comfort with numbers and processes, rigor, and attention to detail.- Ability to manage priorities and multiple requests in a dynamic environment.- Excellent client relations and service orientation.- Discretion, professionalism, and ethics in handling sensitive data.- Good team spirit and comfort with diverse stakeholders.- Proficiency in French and excellent command of English (minimum level B2/C1).If you are interested, we would be happy to receive your complete application (CV, work certificates, and diplomas).
