For our client based in Geneva, we are actively seeking a Payroll Manager (M/F)
Your responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients regarding payroll, according to current laws, collective labour agreements and guidelines
- Produce monthly and annual reports (payment files, accounting journals)
- Prepare and verify annual salary certificates
- Submit declarations via Swissdec to the relevant authorities (withholding tax, AHV/IV/APG, family allowances)
- Support clients in their procedures and resolve issues related to payroll management
Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC, professional maturity or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in payroll management in Switzerland
- Comfortable with collective labour agreements and common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in French, good knowledge of English and/or German: an asset
