To strengthen the team of the Intercultural Pastoral Unit (UPI) La Venoge-L Aubonne, we are looking for:a pastoral agent at 50%The position is centered on the coordination of faith journeys, community life as well as individual accompaniment and the responsibility of the priest and in collaboration with the pastoral team, your main missions will be:- Coordinate the monitoring and development of faith and catechesis journeys- Organize and lead group meetings, prepare liturgies and supervise key moments (weekends, outings, camps) during regular or occasional events- Accompany and ensure individual follow-up of participants- Offer specific support to families throughout the journeys- Participate in centers and various meetings related to the activities of the UPI- Collaborate closely with the existing pastoral team- Develop and create graphic and communication materialsProfile:- Degree in pastoral theology or willing to follow training- Professional experience recognized in Switzerland- Good knowledge of the Church and the Vaud pastoral field- Proven ability to plan, coordinate and evaluate long-term (liturgical year) and occasional projects- Ability to design adapted content and lead groups- Knowledge of digital tools and skills in project management and ability to work in a team- Sense of discernment, autonomy, and team spiritWorkplace: Morges and travel within the UPIStart date: September 1stFor more information on the position: contact the priest of the UPI La Venoge-L Aubonne, or the HR manager within the pastoral care.We thank you for sending us your complete application file (cover letter, curriculum vitae, photo, copy of work certificates and diplomas), by June 30th, only via the job portal.
