Mission: Develop and manage H. Moser & Cie.’s partnerships and hospitality initiatives across diverse sectors, including but not limited to motorsport, arts, culture, and lifestyle. Deliver exceptional brand experiences for clients, partners, and media, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and identity.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Events & Hospitality Management
- Plan, organize, and execute hospitality programs and brand activations for VIP clients, partners, and press at key events worldwide.
- Manage all operational aspects: invitations, travel and accommodation logistics, transfers, on-site hosting, and program coordination.
- Ensure seamless guest experiences with attention to detail and premium service standards.
- Oversee the production and logistics of branded materials and gifts in collaboration with internal teams.
Partnership operational coordination
- Act as the main point of day-to-day contact for strategic partners, nurturing relationships and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Develop and implement activation plans that enhance brand visibility and deliver measurable impact.
Content & Brand Visibility
- Support the creation of storytelling content around partnership activities in collaboration with marketing and communication teams.
- Ensure consistent delivery brand visibility and identity across all activation touchpoints (branding, signage, displays, digital assets).
Budget & Performance Tracking
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and support on reporting on key performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and maximize ROI.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in marketing, hospitality management, or a related field (EHL or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in luxury event management, partnership activation, or client experience within the luxury, lifestyle, or sports sectors.
- Strong project management and communication skills with attention to operational detail. Enjoying the adrenaline of running events.
- Passion for high horology and luxury experiences.
- Fluent in English; German and French are strong assets.
- Independent, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced international environments.
- Very open personality, confident in public and genuinely people-oriented.
- Willingness to travel and represent the brand on-site at key events.
