- Team Leader, Public Service Quality SectorThe City of La Chaux-de-Fonds is looking for a:- Team Leader, Painting SectorYour mission- In support of the sector manager, you coordinate and supervise teams in the field. You organize interventions, distribute tasks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements. You participate in road marking work, both day and night, while ensuring the safety of staff and users. You prepare surfaces and apply markings in accordance with current standards. You ensure the maintenance and refurbishment of street furniture, playgrounds, as well as the execution of painting work and repairs in municipal buildings. As a liaison for the sector manager, you check the quality and compliance of the work performed and ensure the proper functioning of vehicles, equipment, and construction sites. In winter, you participate in snow removal services and ensure on-call periods, implying a residence in the vicinity of La Chaux-de-Fonds.Profile / Personal skills- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a painter or a title deemed equivalent, you have proven experience in the same type of activities. You have a sense of organization and responsibility, enjoy teamwork, and possess real management skills. You hold a category B driving license. Organized, you are a flexible, rigorous person accustomed to heavy work.
