Description
We are looking on behalf of our client, active in the railway sector and based in Villeneuve VD, for a Paint Team Lead responsible for coordinating industrial painting activities on rolling stock. In this context related to transport and logistics, you ensure the management of work, the distribution of tasks within the team, and compliance with set deadlines. You also ensure the quality of surface treatment and painting execution, in strict compliance with safety instructions. In collaboration with other departments, you contribute to guaranteeing the availability and reliability of the railway equipment maintained by your sector.Responsibilities- Ensure the daily management of painting work and the structured distribution of tasks within the dedicated team.- Control the quality of the painting work performed and constantly ensure compliance with internal requirements and current standards.- Supervise compliance with safety instructions, established procedures, and hygiene rules in the paint shop.- Coordinate priorities with other departments in order to limit downtime and optimize the flow of equipment and stocks of paint products, and report maintenance or replenishment needs.Profile- You have experience in an industrial painting environment, ideally within railway or aeronautical environments.- You have technical knowledge and skills in painting.- You appreciate leadership functions with a hands-on approach and authority recognized by peers.- You work in a structured manner, with good management of priorities and a constant focus on quality.- You communicate clearly and factually with your management, colleagues, and other departments.- You are comfortable in an industrial context where instructions, safety, and deadlines play a key role.- Long-term position planned, with a vision of stability for the role and the paint department over time.Possibility of contractual evolution based on performance, commitment, and identified needs.Parking available near the site, facilitating daily travel for employees using private vehicles.Team hours or day hours depending on needs, with schedules communicated in advance to allow for a good work-life balance.Salary set according to regional practices and experience, communicated transparently before hiring and aligned with internal policy.About usAdecco is the market leader in personnel solutions in Switzerland and worldwide.
