Job Description
The Vaud Office of Health Insurance (OVAM), attached to the Directorate of Social Assistance and Insurance (DIRAAS) of the General Directorate of Social Cohesion (DGCS), is responsible for granting and paying subsidies for compulsory health insurance premiums. As a receptionist-telephonist, you welcome and guide users, manage various email inboxes, and update insured persons' data.
Responsibilities
- Welcome users at the telephone switchboard and reception of the DGCS;
- Index the daily mail previously digitised;
- Manage the various email inboxes of OVAM;
- Update the data of insured persons.

Qualifications
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social insurance, preferably in a reception role.
- Comfortable with IT tools.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Stress resistance and strong customer orientation.
- Excellent oral expression, active listening and empathy.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality of information.
