We offer you, within the Integrated Risk Expertise division, a position as:Main tasks- Technical responsibility in the field of risks related to IT and third-party risk management (TPRM).- Supervision of risk management in the field of IT and TPRM for entities subject to FINMA, using various supervisory instruments (supervisory interviews, audit reports, data analysis, etc.).- Technical support during on-site inspections focusing on IT and TPRM.- Support for various stakeholders for all questions related to IT and TPRM (in the context of requests, in case of incidents related to IT, etc.).- Development of the cross-functional competence center of FINMA in the field of risks related to IT and TPRM.Profile- Technical and/or business management degree (university, university of applied sciences) or equivalent.- A specialized qualification in the field of risk management and/or audit (CISA, CIA, CRISC or equivalent) would be an asset.- Professional experience (at least 5 years) in the management of risks related to IT and third parties, ideally in the financial, consulting, or audit sector.- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.- Interest in varied and stimulating tasks, involving a high degree of autonomy.- Excellent communication skills and ability to convince in exchanges with supervised entities and other stakeholders, including during controversial discussions.- Very good command of German (C1) and French (C1); proficiency in other languages (English, Italian) is an asset.We are the ideal employer for people ready to commit fully, looking for challenges, and wishing to take on responsibilities quickly.
