YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high-quality service and a smooth operational experience by consistently monitoring our service standards to keep customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Communicate effectively with our third-party logistics partners and multilingual drivers across various channels, acting quickly while maintaining a clear overview.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational supply chain processes, driving efficient organization, oversight, and proactive issue resolution.
- Coordinate closely with our customer service and hardware teams to resolve any challenges quickly and efficiently.
YOUR PROFILE
- Practical experience in an operational, logistics, or coordination role is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to engage effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders as a dedicated team player.
- Exceptional eye for detail combined with a natural talent for multitasking and seamless organization.
- Solution-oriented mindset and high motivation, maintaining focus and drive even when navigating complex challenges.
- Fluency in English is required. For the Zurich office, fluency in German is essential, while for the Lausanne office, fluency in French is necessary (speaking all three is a fantastic bonus!).
- Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
- Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
