Your mission: Within the technical department, you play a key role in the maintenance of buildings and equipment. Your tasks include: - Preventive and corrective maintenance of technical systems, as well as maintenance of rooms and facilities.- Maintaining various medical devices (beds, wheelchairs) and troubleshooting electrical systems (electrical panels, wiring cabinets).- Intervening in telecom and telephony services.- Responding to fire alarms from various panels (after following the Verification procedure).- Transporting residents with care.- Participating in the individual support of residents with an interdisciplinary team.- Ensuring on-call service outside of working hours according to a rotation (approximately 1 week/month).- Maintaining green spaces.- Caring for and enhancing the parks, hedges, flower beds, and lawns on site.- Collaborating with internal teams to create outdoor spaces that promote the well-being of residents (vegetable gardens, flower areas, seasonal decoration, and caring for our animals (two miniature goats)). Your profile: - Technical diploma with experience in technical maintenance and electricity or deemed equivalent.- Good basic technical maintenance knowledge, specifically in electricity.- Ability to manage complex situations, autonomy, teamwork, versatility, and good physical stamina.- Comfort and enjoyment in interacting with residents and colleagues.- Good knowledge of tools (MS Office) and proficiency in telecom.- Driving license is essential (C1/D1).WHY JOIN US?
