Operational Risk Manager
Your Role
As Operational Risk Manager at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are an experienced individual seeking to contribute to the Bank's operational risk framework in alignment with FINMA and provide support to the consolidated supervision duty of the Group.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain the operational risk framework, including the following:
- Review and challenge the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the three lines of defense
- Perform test of controls
- Contribute to relevant risk reviews
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance or Economics
- 5 years of practical experience in the field of Audit or Operational Risk
- Experience with implementation of regulatory framework and operational risks
- Ability to weight problems and set priorities, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to work with various stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Capacity to work independently
- Fluency in English, very good command of French, fluency in is an advantage
