Then join us!The SIPED team is looking for a:Nurse Manager (REOP), Request Analyst and 70%LOCATIONEpalingesMISSIONAs a nurse manager, you coordinate activity by identifying the nature of requests and the human resources available to respond to them. Your main responsibilities will be:- Acknowledge requests and complete them according to the reference framework and designate the first responder.- Acknowledge the feasibility of the requested care and the skills required to guarantee its completion.- Create TSAs and treatment plans in connection with the first intervention, and inform the referents.- Receive, analyze, and direct clinical transmissions to the appropriate parties and inform referents during a change in the client's status.- Ensure the cohesion and quality of interventions.- Verify the availability of resources in relation to care.- Record billable services.- Collaborate with other CMS X shared services and with other teams.As a request analyst nurse, you analyze the initial request in order to clarify it. You establish the first temporary intervention plan and transfer it to the relevant team. Your main responsibilities will be:- Receive the request from the liaison nurse and the reception manager and complete the file data with the collected data, in order to determine the nature of the necessary care.- Plan, with the client's agreement, the services useful and necessary for the completion of the first or first few interventions.- Complete the client file by introducing, in particular, all necessary data.As a planner, you receive and schedule requested services.
