Its areas of expertise include oncology, orthopedic surgery, urology, digestive surgery, as well as gynecology and obstetrics.Job Description- Prepare and verify the necessary equipment for the patient's installation (table, positioning, supports), according to the specific request of the surgeon or the anesthesiologist.- Anticipate and verify the medico-technical equipment, in agreement with the scrub nurse, specific to each intervention.- Take charge of the patient upon their arrival at the operating block and accompany them to the scheduled room, with their complete file.- Transmit, if necessary, the information or wishes formulated at the time of the patient's transfer by the ward nurse.- Assist the anesthesiologist in the induction room and install basic elements (blood pressure cuff, ECG electrodes, armrests, pulse oximeter) and assist the doctor during the establishment of intravenous access, general or loco-regional anesthesia.- Introduce the patient into the room with the anesthesiologist and continue monitoring.- Proceed with safety checks (pressure points, tourniquets, leg supports) under the supervision of the scrub nurse, the surgeon, and the anesthesiologist.- Respond to equipment requests from the surgeon, the anesthesiologist, and the scrub nurse during the surgical intervention.- Install the scrub nurses during the preparation of their table and apply the various protocols in place (hygiene, washing, traceability).- Apply work instructions.- Fill out developed forms, which are part of the ISO quality manual.- Follow checklists.- Scrupulously note the medico-technical equipment on the taxes and complete the references with precision.- Verify the sterility limits of Medical Devices before opening on the table.- Respect the schedule and report any incident that occurred during the shift to the technical manager of the block (report in the logbook).- Gather the elements of the patient's file before leaving the block (labels, radiological file).- Accompany the anesthesiologist for the transfer of the patient to the recovery room after disconnecting the various devices used.- Evacuate biological waste and soiled linen according to the protocols established and implemented by the hygiene reference nurse of the block and store the medico-technical devices that will no longer be used in their respective places.- Proceed with the cleaning of the room according to the protocols implemented.- Clean the room and prepare it again for the rest of the program.END OF PROGRAM- Cleaning of the anesthesia room according to established protocols.- Cleaning of the anesthesia room.- Control and restocking of everything essential for the smooth running of a day.- Cleaning of tables and their accessories (remove traces of adhesive tape, scotch) and tables for the next program.UPON SPECIFIC REQUEST OF HIERARCHICAL SUPERIORS- Complete deep cleaning of anesthesia cupboards, tables, and medico-technical devices during periods of reduced activity.- Control of Medical Devices in anesthesia drawers, expiration dates (probes, needles).- Participate in end-of-year inventories.Profile- Nursing assistant diploma.- One year of experience in an operating block.- French (or excellent knowledge).- Good knowledge of English.Additional Advantages- An activity in an exciting and diversified field, within a renowned clinic at the forefront of development.- A pleasant working environment in a human-sized structure.- A motivating salary and social conditions.Complete file requested (CV, cover letter, work certificate is desired).We attach great importance to the diversity of the life paths of our employees.
