Our solutions are found from motorsports to automotive interiors, luxury sailing yachts, bridges and believe in providing solutions, combining product performance with deep engineering knowledge, marketing and customer support all the way from finalProduction Team LeaderJob DescriptionIn the context of our growth and the implementation of a 2x8 shift system, we are looking for a production team leader to strengthen our teams.ResponsibilitiesTeam Management:- Manage a team of approximately 5 people- Manage schedules and ensure they are respected- Distribute tasks and organize daily work- Manage absences and replacements if necessary- Train and support team members in their activitiesProduction Management & Support:- Ensure compliance with schedules and production standards- Report the top 3 stops encountered during the shift and ensure their correct entry into the ERP- Participate in daily meetings and follow performance indicators (KPI)- Provide support to the team in the field- Contribute to production planning in the medium and long term with the Production ManagerQuality & Safety:- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards- Guarantee product conformity- Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S)- Participate in internal auditsContinuous Improvement:- Propose and implement corrective actions to optimize processes and productivity- Participate in Lean initiatives and problem-solving (8D, Ishikawa, etc.) in collaboration with technical teamsManagement of Materials & Stocks:- Manage raw materials, packaging, and work-in-progress- Ensure the availability of materials in connection with the supply chainProfile SoughtYour profile- Leadership & ability to supervise, motivate, and unite a team- Excellent communication skills with an ability to adapt to different interlocutors- Confirmed experience in industrial production, with initial experience in supervision- Organization & responsiveness:- Ability to manage priorities, work under pressure, and in a structured manner- Technical skills:- Good command of tools and ERP systems- Understanding of production systems and processes- Confirmed experience as a Team Leader of 2-3 years- Languages: French required and good knowledge of English jid30d6978aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
