The University of Teacher Education of the Canton of Vaud ensures the professional training of teachers for all levels of schooling. It conducts research and development work focused on the needs of teaching and education. It offers continuing and advanced education, as well as a range of services intended for all education professionals. We are advertising the position in Open Science.Start date: June 1st or by agreementActivity rate: 40%Duration of the contract: fixed-term 1 yearSalary level: class 7 of the RSRC of the Canton of VaudYour main activities consist of supporting the activities of the Open Science Pole team by continuing the work of indexing and disseminating open resources, published by the HEP Vaud community. You accompany new projects for the creation of open resources or help with the deposit of already existing resources on dedicated platforms (SwitchOER).You advise the HEP Vaud research community on the deposit of ORFEE, in particular by helping with the use of the tool during ad hoc requests or training sessions. You participate in the future developments of ORFEE, for example for improvement projects or tests for checking the quality of metadata. You take part in the implementation of the Open Access policy of HEP Vaud, in particular in the promotion of the green path of Open Access. You collaborate with the team on communication and awareness activities on Open Science, as well as on event organization. These activities take place within the Open Science Pole of HEP Vaud.You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Science or a title deemed equivalent. You have 2 years of experience within an academic library or in research support or, alternatively, you can demonstrate one year of experience in a similar function in Open Science. You have good knowledge of English and German (B1).
