Oncology Nurse - Home HospitalizationAccès Personnel recruits and recognizes all talent!For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for an Oncology Nurse - Home Hospitalization.Oncology Nurse - Home HospitalizationAs part of your duties, you will be in charge of:- Responding effectively to specific care requirements.- Planning, organizing, and providing care that meets quality standards, in accordance with the care charter and the institution's protocols and procedures.What we offer you:- A reference structure specializing in home care that places particular importance on the quality of care and proximity.- Care rounds within a restricted geographical area, by bicycle, car, or on foot.- Schedule in continuous day shifts, evening shifts, or split shifts.To fully succeed in this position, you distinguish yourself by the following qualities and skills:- You hold a nursing diploma with Red Cross recognition.- You have at least 2 years of experience as a nurse.- You have successful prior experience in an oncology department or home hospitalization.- You have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network.- You are organized, flexible, and adaptable.- You are comfortable with digital tools.- You have a personal vehicle (an asset) or are comfortable using a bicycle.- Autonomous management of an emergency situation does not scare you; you are in control of your emotions.- You demonstrate great ease and discretion.- Your criminal record is clean.Why join us?Do you recognize yourself in this profile and wish to join a dynamic structure with a caring and close-knit team?
