KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In an oncology and hospital unit, the tasks include: Applying clinical procedures for therapeutic purposes while respecting quality criteria; Providing hygiene, comfort, and maintenance care that meets the needs of patients, promotes their autonomy, and respects their social and cultural characteristics; Ensuring effective and personalized communication with patients and their families. You will also be required to work with complex cases. REQUIRED PROFILE As a nurse, you have confirmed professional experience in medicine. Knowledge of the oncology field is an asset. A foreign diploma and recognition from the Red Cross is necessary (in progress or obtained); Excellent skills and a great sense of listening, along with a strong sense of responsibility; High flexibility. SCHEDULES - For the hospital part, the shifts are mainly 12 hours during the day, 7 days a week: Day: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM, with a one-hour break Night: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM; Generally full-time: 2 weekends per month; For the outpatient part, the hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday; Schedules are flexible and adaptable, generally provided a month in advance with the possibility of inter-team exchanges if necessary.
