Office Manager (20%) - Permanent positionAs part of the development of its activities, our client is looking for an Office Manager at 20% to ensure the smooth running of the office and to allow the manager to focus fully on business issues. You will provide support to a team of approximately 15 people, in an autonomous, structuring, and versatile role.Our client is an architecture firm.MissionsOffice management- Daily office management: managing suppliers, liaising with external parties, and monitoring needs for the proper functioning of the work environment.Administrative & financial management- Issuing and tracking invoices, monitoring payments, and liaising with the external fiduciary/accountant.- Filing and maintaining financial and HR documents.HR support for a team of 15 people- Preparing HR documents, tracking arrivals and departures of employees.- Point of contact for HR questions.Profile sought- Proven experience in office management or HR support.- Comfortable with Swiss tools and processes.- Organized, autonomous, with an excellent sense of priorities.- Discretion, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset are essential.- Comfortable in a small structure/SME environment.- Fluent French; English is an asset.Advantages- Key part-time position, offering great autonomy.- Human, professional, and direct work environment.- Immediate impact on the efficiency of the team and the functioning of the office.- Permanent position, ideal as a supplementary activity. jid0f41755aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
