* Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
* Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
* Support the team with project-based work as needed.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Friendly and professional demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.Our
