As part of our activity and in order to respond to new cantonal projects, we are looking to strengthen our occupational therapy teams, currently composed of 22 occupational therapists within the CMS of La Côte, by opening positions for:Occupational Therapistfor the CMS -Sainte (%) and Morges Ouest (80%)Mission- Ensure quality occupational therapy services based on models and according to a client-centered approach- Assume responsibility for client care in accordance with the home care mission in an interdisciplinary operating mode- Participate in the healthy aging approach and skills development, by ensuring supervision of auxiliary staff and interns- Be an actor in the promotion of occupational therapy within their CMS, the FLC during professional group meetings, and in the community by taking part in the cantonal home care project, local events, and/or by leading prevention workshopsProfile- HES-SO Bachelor in Occupational Therapy or equivalent or diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross- Ability to be autonomous and to position oneself as a partner in network work- Interest in developing one's role autonomously- Experience in the care field, an asset- Interest in developing one's practice according to models and in partnership with the client- Mastery of IT tools and driver's license essentialThe FLC encourages all applications, including internal ones.
