The Geneva State Pension Fund (CPEG) covers more than 80,000 active and retired members and is the largest pension institution in French-speaking Switzerland. Attached to the Insurance division, the Management and Advisory service, composed of around thirty employees, manages the files of active and retired insured persons of the CPEG.

Occupational Pension Managers (80-100%)



This recruitment concerns three positions: one permanent position and two fixed-term positions of two years.

Your profile interests us

You hold a commercial employee federal certificate (CFC) and have solid professional experience in the field of occupational pension provision. Comfortable with numbers, you have ease in contact and communication. You demonstrate efficiency in working as part of a team with a strong service and quality orientation.

We offer you

Your main tasks:

  • Advise employees, pensioners and employers in managing files in compliance with laws and ordinances relating to occupational pension provision, as well as the regulations, directives and internal rules of the Fund;
  • Communicate with our stakeholders about the CPEG’s occupational pension benefits;
  • Manage independently the tasks related to the occupational pension of the insured (entries/exits, home ownership, divorces, retirement, death, disability);
  • Provide telephone assistance as well as appointments with insured persons and affiliated institutions;
  • Participate in and actively contribute to the division’s projects.
