La Source is advertising the position of:

In collaboration with the relevant services, you will contribute significantly to the promotion and prevention of the health of students and staff at our higher education institution. You will advise the management of La Source on matters relating to the working and study environment and propose necessary improvement measures in accordance with legal requirements. You will also be responsible for collecting, analysing and maintaining students’ health records while ensuring data confidentiality. In the event of sick leave or accident, you will be a key contact to support staff and students and to follow up with external partners.

Holder of a diploma in nursing HES or equivalent, supplemented by postgraduate training in occupational health or community health, you have gained professional experience in a similar role and environment, or as a school nurse in post-compulsory education. You possess good knowledge of occupational health and safety in an academic setting. You are comfortable with office tools, particularly Microsoft 365.

An autonomous and discreet personality, you are recognised for your interpersonal and listening skills. You enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team and contributing to its development. Enthusiastic by nature, you have a good ability to manage delicate situations with calmness and tact.
