We are looking for aOccupational Health and Safety Specialist (OHS)Mission- Accompany, advise, and challenge field teams in the management of occupational health and safety risks on the group's construction sites and fixed locations- Control and monitor occupational health and safety aspects on the group's construction sites and fixed locations, particularly through internal audits- Support site managers, forepersons, and team leaders in their prevention role- Raise awareness and instruct staff on occupational health and safety issues- Participate in the continuous improvement of our ISO certified occupational health and safety concept, promote the safety culture within the company- Participate in other department tasks in the environmental and quality sectorsProfile- CFST certified safety officer, OHS specialist with a federal diploma or technical background in the construction or industrial sector, with a few years of experience on construction sites (CFC, site manager, technician, foreperson)- Experience in occupational health and safety in the construction sector, complementary knowledge in building pollutants (asbestos, PCB, PAH) or fire safety, an advantage- Proficiency in standard tools, knowledge of other software is an asset- An enthusiastic personality, as well as good listening and synthesis skills- Team spirit while knowing how to work autonomously in the fieldWe offer- Varied activity- Numerous internal benefits- Innovative and growing company (acquisition of complementary skills in the field)- Start date: immediately or by agreement- Place of work: Bioley-Orjulaz with regular travel to our construction sites in French-speaking Switzerland jid29dbcd6aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
