Occupational Benefits Administrator (80–100%)CAP Prévoyance is a collective institution that manages the occupational benefits of the staff of the City of Geneva, 41 other Geneva municipalities, the Geneva Industrial Services, several partner institutions, as well as its own staff, representing nearly insured persons.In the context of strengthening our Insurance Department, we are looking for an engaged, curious, and service-oriented personality, wishing to evolve in a stimulating, human-sized environment.ResponsibilitiesAt the heart of our activities, you will take charge of the complete management of pension files and actively contribute to the quality of services delivered. Specifically, you will:- implement pension plans;- ensure the follow-up of insured persons and pensioners throughout their journey;- handle both routine requests and more complex cases, particularly in connection with retirement, disability, death, or home ownership encouragement;- calculate and process benefit payments;- process contributions and guarantee data reliability;- be a reference contact for insured persons, pensioners, and employers, providing clear and professional answers;- participate in the continuous improvement of our processes and the dynamics of the team.This position offers a balance between technical expertise, analysis, and customer relations.ProfileYou hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee (or equivalent title) and have initial experience in occupational benefits or insurance.
