The CMS Pool ensures 7 days a week coverage for the 7 CMS Soins Lausanne centers, providing day, evening, and night replacements to guarantee the continuity of care for our clients. Being part of the CMS Pool means having the freedom to work according to your availability, without a minimum activity rate.
