La Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site, is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and mental integrity is fragile. We are looking for our establishment, which welcomes 84 people and is specialized in the field of:Assistant in Nursing and Community Health (all genders) on a permanent contract between 80% and 100%.Whatever their function, the professionals at La Saphir have a common desire: to accompany people on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional concept of like at home. That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of the residents.As an assistant in nursing and community health, you will be required to supervise and accompany people in their daily lives and will take part in their overall support by evaluating their physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. You will participate in support projects and provide medically delegated acts under the supervision of a registered nurse and will know how to prioritize interprofessional collaboration.
